Were you as cold as I was on the sand this morning.  It was 7C right on sunrise.  And with a cool westerly blowing it felt cooler. Sure it was Ok in the sunshine or even out in the surf where the temp is around 18-19C  (Almost triple the air temp).  I’d know where I’d rather be….  As in previous days the early high tide is swallowing up the 2 foot swell.  But as it drops the waves will be steeper.  The southerly swell will steadily build late this afternoon and it will peak on Saturday before dropping into Sunday.   Have a great weekend and see you on the other side.
