If you had decided to sleep in and go for a surf when the tide was higher…. don’t bother.  A strong southerly wind blew in at around 8.15am and just destroyed the small waves on offer at most, if not all Northern Beaches.  Before that, it was quite calm.  Lets just hope you got out early.  The southerly will only be with us for today, before an other nor easter tomorrow.  But the swell will continue to be small into the weekend.  C’mon Huey please save us all.  Enjoy your cool Thursday.
